Meet Mary Travostino

Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor & Holistic Health Coach

Are You Ready For a Transformation?

As a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and Holistic Health Coach, I provide comprehensive services to guide and help you feel the confidence and support you need to overcome your challenges. I understand the personal battle with weight and frustration of feeling like there is more out there for you, but not knowing where to turn to first. Thirty-plus years working in medical and alternative health care sales have blessed me with the ability to change my life and now others. What I recognize today is my personal journey with obesity would prepare me for what was yet to come. That’s why my mission is simple: give my clients the wellness education, tools, and resources that I have gained and are necessary to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures. I have been in the wellness community since 2005, working with clients in order to achieve good health and balance in all aspects of life. Additionally, I am currently continuing my education studying Human Services and Addictions at Brookdale Community College.
